I have been working in the footwear industry for 16 years now, all this time spent at John Lewis.

My journey began by leading the team on the fashion floor in John Lewis Oxford street, I then moved to head office to be buyer on kids shoes, closely followed by buyer of men's shoes, which then led to my current role of category lead for all of womens shoes. In this role I lead a team of buyers and merchandisers to source a range of brands and own brands.

We currently have over 80 brands in womens shoes at John Lewis and over 100 brands when you include mens and kids. We also have four own brands - the master brand called John Lewis, and then our entry price proposition called ANYDAY, as well as and/or and Kin.
