Pete Youell is the Managing Director for Skechers UK & Ireland, a subsidiary of the Skechers USA company.

Now in his 18th year with Skechers, he has overseen the growth and development of the company that has now become a top 5 Footwear Brand in the UK & Ireland. He also manages the Golf and Apparel Divisions for Skechers Europe.

Heavyweight and extensive Marketing Campaigns, evolution and technological development of the Skechers product offer, including Award winning products that showcase the brands all gender and extensive product ranges have helped build the Global powerhouse to become a household name in the UK & Ireland.

Prior to Skechers, he spent over 15 years with the Adidas group, joining in 1988. Developing through many Sales Managerial Positions, he gained all round business experience holding Senior Roles within Product development and Marketing. European market experience came at the TaylorMade Golf company, as Commercial Director for Europe. He also did a stint at Umbro UK as National Sales Manager.
