General Manager of London - adidas group for the UK and Ireland with responsibility executing the Global key city strategy across Wholesale, own retail and e-commerce. Phil has 24 years of experience with the group initially in sales working in all divisions and both adidas and reebok brands establishing the fashion and sports speciality channels, and has spent 5 years within the marketing team as the head of account and trade marketing and worked on the London 2012 Olympics activation team.
Prior to adidas, Phil worked at Scottish and Newcastle Breweries after leaving post graduate education at the University of Birmingham.
