Jodie Soussan joined Allbirds as Managing Director, Europe in July 2021 and brings a wealth of experience to the business, having spent 20 years leading consumer-facing brands across the FMCG and sportswear industries.

Jodie started her career as a graduate of the Procter & Gamble management training program and has a strong track record of achieving brand transformation and business growth. She joined Allbirds from Pentland Brands where she first led Commercial Strategy across Europe and then became the Global Brand Director at Canterbury and Mitre responsible for product, marketing, digital and social strategy.

Jodie is a commercially astute and empathetic leader who prides herself on putting purpose and people at the heart of the business. Outside of work she has two young boys who keep her busy – when not around them she loves road running and yoga.
