Commercial and focussed on business value drivers, Jane is committed and passionate about achieving results. As a young CEO at Start rite she achieved turnaround success, whilst as Group Product Director at Clarks and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Jane led the creation of the global product portfolio for Clarks International, a business valued at £1.4 billion, showcasing her ability to drive innovation and deliver outstanding results on a global scale.

Today, Jane occupies prominent roles within the footwear industry, serving as CEO of the William Lamb Group and advising at board level. Additionally, she is Chair of the British Footwear Association, where she shapes and guides the direction of the Association for the benefit of the footwear industry.
