Adrian Holloway is the Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Crocs EMEALAI organization, which includes business oversight for Crocs across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin American and India.

Adrian has been with Crocs for nearly 12 years, having joined the organization in 2012 and serving in roles of increasing responsibility and scope until June 2019, when he was appointed to his current role. Most recently, Adrian’s role was expanded to include oversight of HEYDUDE’s international business in 2021.

Renowned for his passion for enhancing consumer connections, Adrian has been instrumental in amplifying brand loyalty for Crocs. He believes in the power of effective collaboration and communication, both with customers and within his teams. His approach has fostered an environment where colleagues are empowered to realize their full potential and drive significant business growth. Under Adrian’s leadership, Crocs EMEA has successfully executed high-profile collaborations, increased consumer engagement, and expanded the business across diverse markets.

Prior to joining Crocs, Adrian served as Financial Controller for Bathstone. He’s also served in financial roles for organizations including Tesco PLC, Telefonica and Wolesely UK.

Adrian is a qualified Chartered Accountant and attended the University of Surrey in the UK where he studied a BSC (Hons) in Social Policy and Business Studies.

Adrian is originally from the UK. He is a keen runner and life-long supporter of Arsenal football club. He now lives in The Netherlands with his wife and three children.
